CHILDHOOD YEARS:
I was always a take charge, fearless, and determined child. It's enabled me as a women to have a successful retail career, to take risk, and to live a possible versus probable life. It can, however, have its challenges. As a child, I was always drawn to kids who were less fortunate economically than I was. It was a learned behavior. My mother had a tireless heart to serve and help others in need. After I left college, I had hopes and interest in a television production career. However, a job was not waiting for me. So, I started working as a sales associate in a local department store. Soon, I was taken under the wing of my buyer who mentored me. After which, my retail career catapulted and took me all over the world. It has become my passion and purpose. I love being my own boss. I'm proud of what I'm accomplishing. xo

RULES/PRINCIPLES:
I love God and the things that he loves and cares about. My family and friends are priorities in my life. I am grateful for and have been blessed with beautiful friends in my life who love me unconditionally.

I believe that taking consistent, intentional care of our bodies, minds, and spirits is essential to a healthy life. I love to volunteer, and help others; it makes my heart smile. I serve on the children's ministry dream team at my church. I also love connecting with women through my business and through my passion for fashion and style. Through personal experience, I am able to advocate for, give hope, and encourage and help serve those who have lived through the trauma of domestic violence. It's my calling! Hebrews 13:6: "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.”

I am a proud mother, and really love all things creative. I've learned in life that it's better to be ready versus getting ready. I choose peace over the need to be right. I try each and every day to love better, trust God more, and walk by faith. And to talk to God about everything every day. To delight in Him. He knows me best, and He desires only the best for me. I know that His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in my weakness (1 Cor 12:9).
