On the evening of July 8, Personal Chef, Fitness Instructor and Natural Beauty & Wellness guru Candace Burney was Classy Living Society’s guest on its forum, CLS Talks. Through Living Simply with Candace, Candace helps women embrace the sensuality of their strength, and helps us realize how strong and masterfully powerful we are.
In the CLS Talks session with Candace, she taught the virtual viewers on her Facebook Live how to turn the simplest ingredients into a dish to fall in love with. She also talked about natural herbs and spices that pack a punch when it comes to ways to infuse tons of flavor in the dishes we prepare (simply of course!) She also gave a few simple tricks to get children to eat more veggies – imagine that! She demonstrated how to make and enjoy sweet treats without the guilt, and why it is so important (as well as easier and better) to eat fruits and veggies that are in season.
