Most smokers know that smoking is bad for their health and harmful to those around them. They know they should quit but they also know it’s not easy. Most have probably tried to quit before. Fortunately, there’s lots of help available. The American Lung Association can help tobacco users figure out their reasons for quitting and then take the big step of quitting for good.

If you are a smoker, are you ready to quit for good?  Make a commitment on December 31 (New Year’s Eve) to begin 2019 with a resolution to quit smoking — to improve health and thrive in the new year!  More information and cessation tips can be found on the American Lung Association website at https://www.lung.org/stop-smoking/i-want-to-quit/how-to-quit-smoking.html.
