Classy Living Society is always in the business of giving. During the month of January, CLS asked its members to donate their gently used shoes, purses, coats, sweaters, pants, blouses, hats, scarves, etc. for girls/ladies ages 18 – 39.
Free Fab’rik is one of the many organizations we have donated items to, but the list of the organizations in need of what was donated was long and wide. In the various communities within Atlanta, donations were made and happily accepted.

With our mission in mind, free fab’rik hopes to restore strength, dignity, and hope to women who have lost theirs as a result of the terrible world of sex trafficking, domestic violence, and addiction. In 2009, Dana Spinola, CEO & founder of fab’rik realized that our incredible fab’rik addicts not only wanted to shop their favorite looks, but they wanted to be a part of something bigger than themselves. She knew that there was a way for girls in need to experience the thrill of boutique shopping, but without the pressure of price tags. fab’rik customers and the community came together, collecting hundreds of bags of clothing, each with a greater purpose than could be served hanging in their closets. The result was and is something amazing, free fab’rik. At free fab’rik sprees, women are invited in for a free shopping spree and receive beautiful clothes and assistance from volunteer stylists’ who help the women regain their confidence as they dress for success. Dana’s belief that clothing can change lives is evident with the confidence built in these women during the shopping sprees.
Now girls that have so many pressures in their lives can shop without the pressure of price tags. Whether it’s at a safe house, homeless shelter or foster home, our goal is to remind them just how beautiful they are and that we are here to cheer them on.
