February is designated as American Heart Month, and each year on the first Friday of February, the nation comes together, igniting a wave of red from coast to coast, to raise awareness of cardiovascular disease and stroke.  CLS took to social media this past Friday, February 1, to encourage others to #WearRedandGive.  Together, we can empower women to beat heart disease and stroke, giving them more time to spend with their families and friends and to do many more amazing things in this world.  Read more about the American Heart Association in this edition of CLS on the Move – they encourage the world to Go Red for Women!  Who do YOU Go Red for?
