No Refunds Policy
Greetings Classy Living Society Member! Please read the following information carefully as it relates to our no refunds policy regarding membership fees, donations and registration fees to all Classy Living Society (CLS) events.
1. EVENT REGISTRATION FEES
CLS prides itself on creating fabulous, fun, and extraordinary events for our members’ enjoyment! We are committed to hosting high-end, exciting, and premier events, galas, and social functions throughout the year. The no refunds policy as it relates to events are as follows:
Red Dress Gala & Gala Weekend Package
There are absolutely no refunds on purchased Red Dress Gala tickets and associated Gala Weekend packages. If for any reason you are unable to attend, your ticket(s) to the Gala and/or associated Weekend Package is fully transferable. Please see below for more information on transfer procedures.
Other CLS Events, Products and Services
All registration fees paid to attend all other CLS events are nonrefundable.
In the event that CLS reschedules an event for which you have already paid a registration fee, your registration fee will be carried forward as a credit for the new event date. If CLS cancels an event, or if you are unable to attend on the date of a rescheduled event, CLS will hold the aforementioned credit for 6 months (or for a period otherwise specified), to be applied toward other event registration fees.
Registration Fee Transfer Procedure:
Please contact the Events Team at email@example.com if you wish to transfer your event registration to another member. The Events Team will post the information in all CLS Members’ inboxes via Classy Connect on how to contact the ticket seller directly to make arrangements to purchase and retrieve the ticket. The cutoff date for assistance with selling tickets for events is five (5) days prior to the event. Please note: All other details related to the transfer are between the ticket holder and the prospective buyer. CLS assumes no responsibility regarding the transaction aside from posting the information for the specified amount of time.
2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES & DONATIONS:
A membership with CLS provides a unique and innovative way for you and other like-minded women to volunteer, bond, be inspired, advance, and grow. Your membership also provides unique access to ways of providing material and monetary donations to those in need. The no refunds policy as it relates to membership fees and donations are as follows:
All CLS membership fees are non-refundable. All fees, including and without limitation, advance payment and or monthly membership fees, are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your Membership is suspended, terminated, or cancelled at your request.
If your membership was paid in full for the year and has been terminated or cancelled at your request prior to the end of the year, all fees are non-refundable.
CLS is grateful for your donation and support of our organization and other nonprofits we support. By making a charitable gift/donation through CLS to any nonprofit organization or charity that CLS supports (including CLS Cares and Legacy for Change), the donation is sent directly to the nonprofit or charity. No refunds will be provided for any donations made to charitable organizations.
